Abstract

Introduction: In the context of primary care, Family Health Centers (CSF) stand out, along with the significant growth of the elderly population in the country. Consequently, the use of the Elderly Person's Health Booklet (CSPI) has emerged as a valuable tool, assisting in the identification of frail elderly individuals or those at risk of becoming frail. Objectives: Report the experience of master's students in carrying out the activity "Feedback on multidimensional assessment and guidance on the use of the elderly person's health record in primary health care" in CSF. Methods: The activity took place in June 2024, in nine CSF distributed throughout the city of Goiânia-GO. It was divided into presentation of the profile of the elderly people evaluated at the CSF, guidance on the use of the elderly person's health booklet and practice of physical activity. Finally, the evaluation of the activity through a questionnaire. Results: Among the 66 health professionals who took part in the workshop (Community Health Agents - ACS, nurses, nursing technicians and doctors), the majority were female 62 (96.9%), with an average age of 44.04 years. Regarding participating in some prior orientation activity, 54 (83.1%) stated that they had already participated and of these, 21 (38.9%) stated that it was about the elderly person's health booklet. As for the final evaluation of the workshop, 59 (98.3%) considered the subject relevant and 54 (81.8%) considered the activity “excellent”. Conclusion: The master's students developed their data management, presentation and resourcefulness skills during the activity and the health professionals were satisfied with the feedback and considered the development of educational actions important.
